Role and Responsibility:
Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background check.
Reaching potential resources & arranging interviews of best possible leads.
Design & update job descriptions for several in-house openings.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Monitor key HR metrics & complete end-to-end hiring an on-boarding process.
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat India
Experience: 2-10 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timing: 9.30 am – 7.30 Pm.
CTC: As per industry standard.
