Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to assist in managing corporate, statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a valuable understanding of company law, secretarial practices, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, and other relevant laws.
- Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and documents with the MCA portal.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance trackers.
- Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and other corporate meetings.
- Draft notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely filings.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in secretarial audits, due diligence assignments,



and corporate restructuring matters.
- Support the team in legal and regulatory compliance assignments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all compliance-related activities

Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and MCA compliances.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CS Executive (Inter)/ CA Inter/ M.Com qualified candidates preferred.
- Prior internship or work experience in a CA/CS firm will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
