One of the Group Companies of MSP Group is developing a project and more upcoming projects for inter group companies and seeks an experienced Architectural Project Management qualified to act as the Owner's Representative.

Position Overview

The incumbent will lead to the end-to-end execution of a residential architectural and interior project, ensuring superior quality, timely completion, budget adherence, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution for luxury residential interiors.
- Represent at the project site.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop project schedules and monitor milestones.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure quality assurance and premium finishing standards.
- Monitor civil, interior, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.




- Verify contractor progress and recommend bill certification.
- Track budgets, variations, and project risks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Maintain documentation and site records.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety, and housekeeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) – Mandatory
- 8–15 years of experience in architectural project execution and luxury residential interiors.
- Proven experience managing contractors, consultants, and premium interior projects.
