Job Description – HR Intern

Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Mascot Spincontrol India Pvt. Ltd.
Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to develop practical knowledge in a professional corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, presentations, and MIS as required.




- Support policy documentation and HR compliance activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
