- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, customer HSE requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor all site activities including electrical installation, cable laying, testing, commissioning activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety induction training for employees and contractors.
- Verify and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for hot work, electrical work, confined space entry, excavation, and work at height activities.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel at the site.
- Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and method statement reviews.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of first aid kits,



fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, and safety signage.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and implementation of 5S practices at the site.
- Conduct safety audits and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and participate in mock drills.
- Stop unsafe work practices that may endanger personnel, equipment, or property.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project teams on HSE-related matters.
- Maintain all site safety records, training records, inspection reports, and compliance documents.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
