- Minimum +1 years work experience in International Call centers.
- Freshers with Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
- Willing to work in night shifts with excellent written and spoken English, comfortable talking to people and have valuable listening ability, analytical and probing skills.
- Responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Able to deliver Quality Services to Customers.
- Ensure to meet all the operations and quality norms set by Client.
