Eagle Eye is looking for a Purchasing Specialist,



which will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing and placement of purchase orders with vendors, product pricing updates and follow-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare purchase orders based on sales orders, inventory stock requirements and miscellaneous requisition requests
- Complete and timely process all purchase orders including but not limited to entering PO into the system, forward to the vendor and compare vendor acknowledgments to the order
- Provide follow-up on orders as needed – delivery dates, quantities shipped, prices charged, etc.
- Maintain current product pricing in the system as required
- Maintain positive relations with vendors
- Act as an information source for internal questions concerning purchased items
- Assist with or coordinate special projects as required
