Job Description:
We are hiring 3 Tandoori Commis to join our kitchen team. The candidates will assist in preparing and cooking tandoor items under the guidance of senior chefs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing marinades and ingredients.
- Prepare and skewer items like kebabs and tikkas.
- Cook food in the tandoor under supervision.
- Prepare Indian breads such as naan and roti.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section.
- Follow kitchen safety and food handling standards.
- Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of tandoor cooking preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in heat conditions.
- Positive teamwork and discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with experience can apply.
