About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our hospitality interiors team. The role is focused on supporting the sourcing, analysis, and coordination of products used in hotel, resort, and commercial interior projects, including furniture, fabrics, lighting, hardware, finishes, and accessories.

The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with designers, procurement teams, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure the right products are selected and delivered for each project.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyze products for hospitality and commercial interior projects.
- Evaluate furniture, fabrics, lighting, hardware, finishes, sanitaryware, and decorative materials based on quality, cost, and project requirements.
- Prepare product specifications, comparison sheets, BOQs, costing reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers for quotations, samples, technical details, and product approvals.
- Work closely with the design and procurement teams to identify suitable materials and products for ongoing projects.
- Maintain an organized database of products, suppliers, pricing, and specifications.
- Track product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.




- Assist in value engineering by identifying cost-effective alternatives without compromising design intent or quality.
- Visit project sites, supplier showrooms, and manufacturing units whenever required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovations in hospitality interiors.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Product Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Textile Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality interiors, interior design, furniture manufacturing, procurement, or product analysis.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
- No work from home allowed in this role

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of hospitality interior products and materials.
- Experience working with furniture, fabrics, lighting, finishes, and interior accessories.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in hospitality interior design firms, hotel projects, furniture manufacturing companies, procurement teams, or interior contracting firms will be preferred.
