Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving the sale of FMX Proptech's Facility Management Software ("Punctualiti"). The role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing sales. The incumbent will also maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and coordinate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover after the sale.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 3–8 years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience.
- Experience in Facility Management, ERP, CAFM, CMMS or Enterprise Software will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate customer needs into software solutions.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Valid driving licence (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹16,035.54 - ₹58,281.44 per month
