An Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They ensure electrical installations are safe, reliable, and compliant with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, hazards, and code violations.
- Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and measuring instruments.
- Replace or repair defective wiring, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.




- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the secure and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Communicate with supervisors, contractors, and customers regarding project progress, repairs, and maintenance requirements.
