Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hospital's plumbing systems and supporting general maintenance and facility operations as required to ensure uninterrupted services.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing issues such as leakages, blockages, and pipe damage.
- Maintain plumbing fixtures, pumps, valves, pipelines, water tanks, and sanitary fittings.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections of plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Assist in general maintenance activities, including minor electrical work, carpentry, painting, shifting equipment,



and other facility-related tasks as assigned.
- Support the maintenance team during hospital events, renovations, and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, hospital policies, and NABH guidelines.
- Maintain maintenance records and report issues to the Maintenance Incharge.

Qualifications

- ITI in Plumbing or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in a hospital, commercial, or industrial environment.
