About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings for the sales/business development team, and maintaining positive client relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and provide basic information about our services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.




- Update CRM/Excel sheets with daily calling reports and lead status.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Digital Marketing teams for smooth client communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening skills and qualified telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (or pursuing).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
