As a Service Engineer specializing in audio and accessories, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various audio equipment and accessories such as speakers, headphones, amplifiers,



and related devices.Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostics to identify issues with audio equipment and accessories.- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including soldering and PCB repair.- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality and quality standards.- Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams as needed.- Keep accurate records of repairs, inventory, and service history.- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve repair processes and techniques.- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in audio technology.Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field preferred.- Prior experience in audio equipment repair and soldering is highly desirable.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
