About the Role
We are seeking a sophisticated, articulate, and highly organized Showroom Manager to oversee our flagship Mumbai showroom. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring that every walk-in client receives a luxury hospitality experience while seamlessly coordinating back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Client Engagement & Experience: Warmly welcome and attend to high-profile walk-in clients, architects, and designers. Educate and guide them through our exclusive, high-end luxury tile collections with deep product knowledge.
· Sales Team Enablement: Act as the vital bridge between the showroom and the field sales team. Ensure site samples are promptly arranged and dispatched to close deals effectively.
· Factory & Logistics Coordination: Maintain strict coordination with the manufacturing unit/factory to ensure timely dispatch of materials and samples.
· Quality & Inventory Control: Proactively coordinate with the factory to replace any broken or damaged showroom pieces with fresh, flawless samples to maintain the showroom’s premium aesthetic.
· Data & Lead Management: Meticulously log and maintain records of all walk-in visitors and inquiries, seamlessly passing high-potential leads to the sales team for follow-up.
· Showroom Administration: Oversee the day-to-day visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall administrative upkeep of the showroom environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in the building materials, luxury sanitary ware, premium lighting, or high-end interior decor industry.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
· Skills: Robust organizational abilities, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask between client handling and backend logistics.
· Proximity: Candidates residing in or near the Western Suburbs with easy access to the Azad Nagar Metro Station will be preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
