What You’ll Do:
This is an all-round internship where you’ll get hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and inside sales — perfect for someone eager to understand how startups really work.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Support end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Help draft HR policies, employee communication, and engagement activities
Inside Sales & Business Development:
- Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Assist in demos,
presentations, and proposal follow-ups
- Maintain CRM data and track pipeline progress
Startup Operations:
- Coordinate with different departments for cross-functional tasks
- Support founders in administrative and people-related projects
- Brainstorm creative ways to build a positive work culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduate or pursuing final year (HR / Management / Commerce preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic startup environment
- Learning mindset with initiative and ownership attitude
- Basic understanding of HR tools, Excel, and LinkedIn outreach
