Responsible for accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, petty cash management, reconciliations, dealership inventory accounting, OEM reporting, and support for multiple dealership locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

Financial accounting and month-end closing.

Accounts payable and receivable management.

Bank and cash reconciliations.

Vehicle inventory and inventory funding accounting.

Parts, service and warranty accounting.

GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

Fixed asset accounting.

OEM financial reporting and incentive reconciliations.

Accounting for Pan-India operations.

MIS reporting, budgeting support and cost centre reporting.

Audit support and internal controls.

Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Service, Parts, HR,



Banks and OEMs.

Qualifications

M.Com or MBA.

CA Inter or CMA Inter will be added advantage.

Experience

6–8 years in Finance & Accounts.

Minimum 3 years in automotive dealership accounting.

multi-location experience preferred.

Technical Skills

Tally Prime (mandatory).

Advanced Excel.

ERP/DMS exposure

MS Office.

KPIs

Accurate accounting.

Timely statutory filings.

Month-end closure.

Inventory reconciliation.

Cash Management

OEM reporting.

Audit compliance.
