About the Role

Manage inbound raw material logistics (fabric, trims, accessories) and outbound dispatch of finished garments to domestic retail/e-commerce partners and international buyers, ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound movement of fabric, trims, and accessories from domestic suppliers to factory/warehouse

- Plan and dispatch finished goods to retail stores, distributors, and e-commerce clients

- Manage export shipments with freight forwarders and CHA; prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill)

- Prepare and verify e-way bills, GRNs, delivery challans in compliance with GST/DGFT norms

- Negotiate rates with transporters, courier partners,



and freight forwarders; control logistics costs

- Coordinate with procurement, and merchandising teams on stock and dispatch readiness

- Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays, discrepancies, or customs issues

- Maintain MIS reports on dispatches, freight costs, and vendor performance

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

- 2–4 years' experience in logistics/export documentation, preferably in apparel/fashion

- Working knowledge of Excel, export-import documentation, e-way bill

- Robust coordination, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to manage peak-season workloads

Compensation

₹2.5-3 LPA, commensurate with experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
