Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who can ensure timely procurement of raw materials, machinery components, and fabrication items, drive cost-effective sourcing, and build strong vendor relationships — so that production schedules run without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan procurement of raw materials and consumables such as MS/SS sheets, pipes, motors, pumps, valves, and electrical components
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent vendors/suppliers (local and pan-India)
- Handle price negotiation, quotation comparisons, and cost optimization
- Generate purchase orders (POs) and follow up on timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking




- Coordinate with the QC team on incoming material inspection against quality standards
- Manage vendor payment terms and credit terms, coordinating with the Finance team
- Work closely with Production, Design/R&D;, and Fabrication teams to understand material requirements
- Handle logistics and GST/tax compliance for import/export or interstate procurement
- Prepare procurement budgets and present cost-saving reports to Management
- Negotiate long-term contracts/rate contracts with key suppliers

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
