The role requires strong expertise in IT and Non-IT staffing, permanent hiring, contract staffing, and client relationship management.nnnKey Responsibilitiesnnnn Identify and acquire current clients for Domestic Staffing services across India.n Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and hiring managers.n Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiations, and deal closure.n Understand client hiring requirements and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.n Develop and grow existing client accounts to maximize business opportunities.n Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and business reports.n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring demands.n Lead, mentor,
