You will be provided guidance by Senior Sourcing and Lead Sourcing Specialists around what appropriate talent sourcing channels should be used based the requisition criteria. Working in a solid partnership engagement with our Onsite and Field Recruiters across APAC, you will deliver quality candidate resumes through the use of the KellyOCG Talent Sourcing Methodology. .
