Support different functions in GAM business to build multi-year roadmap for transformation and translate these roadmaps into specific, interconnected projects for meeting long-term business goals. Work collaboratively to qualify these areas through pre-discovery and build IA discovery opportunities.nnWork with business u0026 technology/ EDAI u0026 Innovation stakeholders to lead IA discoveries - current state mapping u0026 reviews, Opportunity identification u0026 prioritization and ensure that all opportunities are tracked u0026 prioritized for solution design. Support solution design u0026 Implementation with required process analysis u0026 other documentation.nnViewed as a subject matter expert within the business u0026 IA team on asset management and provide guidance on relevant best practices.
Provide coaching to team members to help them build asset management expertise. Provide mentoring u0026 review support through their discoveries for higher business impact.
