Overview POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Transactional Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and implementing improvements to the current process for the creation of purchase orders and requisition supporting the regions of: MX, NAM and SAM CAM .nnDetailed ResponsibilitiesnnResponsible to create Purchase Orders in Oracle. Ensure the ethics and compliance of Procurement Department through the audits, training and education of the stakeholders.nnSupport with reporting and developing metrics for Procurement Department Troubleshooting with internal systems to create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.nnSupport and train internal users of the purchasing process, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures. Perform tasks as assigned by the leadership and applies experience to align individual work with overall strategy using discretion and judgment.nnIdentify, propose and implement process improvements.nnStandardize process across multiple regions, managing cross functional stakeholders.nnRequired Qualifications Skills:
