The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of qualified subcontractor resources, helping minimize the gap between resource demand and supply.nnKey Responsibilities: Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to fulfill subcontractor resourcing requirements for Consulting projects.nn Partner with Product Managers to review resource requirements and understand project staffing needs.nn Coordinate with Practice Managers and Talent Managers to assess resource availability and optimize subcontractor allocation.nn Minimize supply-demand gaps by ensuring timely identification and onboarding of subcontractor resources.nn Identify and engage contract resources on a Just-in-Time (JIT)
