Role Overview:nnManager Plant Production to lead production operations, optimize plant performance, and ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing of energy products. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing productivity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business and production objectives.nnThe ideal candidate will possess robust leadership capabilities, extensive plant operations experience, and a proven track record in production planning, process optimization, quality management, and continuous improvement.nnResponsibilities:nn- Lead end-to-end plant production operations to achieve production, quality, cost, safety, and delivery targets.nn- Develop and implement production plans, capacity utilization strategies, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.nn- Monitor plant performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, OEE, downtime, yield, and operational costs.nn- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies.nn- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental,



and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.nn- Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted production.nn- Optimize equipment utilization, process efficiency, energy consumption, and manufacturing costs.nn- Manage production budgets, manpower planning, shift operations, and workforce productivity.nn- Mentor and develop production supervisors and plant personnel to build high-performing teams.nn- Prepare production reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews for senior management.nnQualifications:nn- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, Energy, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.nn- MBA (Operations) or M.Tech is an added advantage.nnExperience:nn- 815 Years.nn- Experience in energy, power, renewable energy, utilities, EPC, heavy engineering, or process manufacturing industries.nn- Proven experience leading large production teams in continuous manufacturing environments. .
