Technical knowledge and hands-on on Cisco UCu0026C; workplace. Implementation and ongoing management of the Cisco UCu0026C; products. Understanding of ITIL processes.nnGood To have: Exposure on UCCX. Understanding of Routing and Switching, Firewalls etc.nnProfessional AttributennHands-on experience on one or more products mentioned above.nnExperience in managing UCu0026C; environments.
