We are looking for an experienced L2 Infrastructure Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across server, virtualization, storage, cloud, and networking environments. The role involves incident resolution, system administration, infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and operational support to ensure high availability and performance of business-critical systems.nnKey Responsibilities Infrastructure Operations Administer and maintain Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms.nn- Provision, configure, and support physical and virtual servers.n- Perform system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance activities.n- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity utilization. Cloud u0026 Platform Support Support cloud and private cloud infrastructure environments.n- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services.n- Support containerized and contemporary application platforms as required. Security u0026 Compliance Perform OS hardening and vulnerability remediation.n- Execute security patching and compliance activities.n- Follow organizational security, audit, and change management processes.
