Provide technical leadership and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure consistency, maintainability, and performance. Ensure end-to-end application quality through unit testing, defect resolution, and collaboration with QA teams for functional, regression, and automation testing. Drive system reliability and performance by proactively troubleshooting issues and implementing observability (logging, monitoring, alerting) in partnership with SRE/DevOps teams.
