This role serves as a recognized subject matter expert responsible for solving highly complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers across all levels, and influencing infrastructure roadmaps and strategic technology decisions. Leads the design, implementation, modernization, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure platforms.nnDrives improvements in reliability, scalability, security, automation, and operational excellence through engineering best practices, technical standards, and infrastructure governance. Participates in enterprise architecture discussions and provides guidance on strategic technology investments and platform direction. Demonstrates exceptional analytical, architectural, troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills while executing highly complex initiatives with minimal oversight.nnPrimary Responsibilities IncludennnnArchitect, design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms including servers, virtualization, storage, cloud services, identity services, and endpoint management technologies.Lead large-scale and highly complex infrastructure projects from planning and design through implementation, operational transition, and ongoing optimization.Establish and maintain technical standards, engineering best practices, operational procedures, and infrastructure governance frameworks.Drive automation initiatives utilizing PowerShell, infrastructure-as-code methodologies, orchestration tools, and process optimization strategies.Serve as the primary technical lead for Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, File Services, Print Services, SharePoint integrations,
