Ltd. is looking for agile and target-driven Collection Telecallers to manage customer follow-ups, recover outstanding payments, and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving assigned collection targets.nnKey Responsibilities: Contact customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues. Follow up with customers through calls and other approved communication channels. Negotiate payment arrangements and encourage timely repayments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities. Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.



Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets. Update collection status in company systems and reports. Escalate unresolved or sensitive cases to the Team Leader.nnRequired Skills: Good communication and persuasion skills. Robust negotiation and customer handling abilities. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Positive attitude and professional conduct.nnEligibility: Graduate or Undergraduate. Minimum 6 months of experience in Collection, Recovery, BPO, Telecalling, or Customer Service. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered. .
