Key ResponsibilitiesnnReliability u0026 ValidationnnDevelop and execute environmental stress tests (thermal, humidity, vibration, shock, HALT/HASS, etc.)Design product validation plans for PC systems, system boards, and power adaptersConduct reliability studies including MTBF, Weibull analysis, life data analysis, and field return analysisDefine reliability requirements and qualification criteriaDesign for Reliability (DFR / DFx)nnLead DOE (Design of Experiments) for reliability optimizationDrive DFx initiatives (DFR, DFM, DFA, DFT) during product developmentPerform risk assessments including FMEA/FMECAWork closely with design teams to improve product robustnessFailure Analysis u0026 Root CausennConduct in-depth electrical and mechanical failure analysisPerform board-level and system-level debuggingIdentify root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Analyze failures in system boards, power adapters, connectors, and critical componentsInterface with suppliers for component-level failure investigationsEnvironmental Test DevelopmentnnDevelop test protocols for environmental qualificationEstablish accelerated stress testing methodsCorrelate lab test results with field reliability performanceRequired QualificationsnnBachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering5+ years of experience in product reliability engineering (PCs or similar electronic systems preferred)Strong hands-on experience in environmental stress testingProficiency in DOE,
