You will work across a diverse IT landscape, including active/passive networking, server systems, surveillance systems, and cybersecurity solutions, ensuring robust and reliable IT operations.nnnKey Responsibilities:nNetwork u0026 Infrastructure (L2/L3 Expertise)nnConfigure and commission a wide range of network devices, including Edge L2 switches, Distribution u0026 Aggregation L3 switches, Core L3 switches, SAN switches, routers, TOR (Top of Rack) switches, WiFi routers, and Access Points.nOversee endtoend network commissioning and provide dedicated service support throughout project execution phases.nDiagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues such as L2 loops, VLAN mismatches, and routing failures.nTroubleshoot and resolve protocolrelated issues covering STP, DHCP, DNS, OSPF, and BGP.nProactively identify and address LAN/WAN performance problems and downtime incidents.nImplement and manage VLANs, interVLAN routing, access lists, and static/energetic routing configurations.nnPassive Infrastructure ValidationnnCollaborate on planning and validating passive infrastructure components such as Cat6 and OFC cables, patch panels, LIUs, copper and fiber patch cords, SFP modules, server racks, and equipment mounting.nEnsure all IT equipment is rackmounted and installed in strict adherence to industry and design standards.nnNetwork Management u0026 Monitoring (NMS)nnDeploy, configure, and maintain Network Management Software (NMS)

applications.nEnsure seamless integration of ELV systems into the network and controlroom infrastructure.nnTelecom and ConnectivitynnProvide advice on connectivity technologies such as MPLS, Leased Line, Broadband, RF, and VPN.nAssist in selecting optimal ISPs or connectivity methods tailored to specific project requirements.nnDocumentation u0026 Asset ManagementnnMaintain records of switch/router inventory, network topologies, VLAN schemas, serial numbers, licenses, and warranty/RMA status.nPerform regular backup configurations and firmware upgrades to maintain system stability and security.nnCustomer u0026 OEM CoordinationnnLog complaints with OEMs, track RMAs, and follow up until resolution.nCoordinate planned downtimes, upgrades, and migrations with customers.nProvide telephonic and remote support for urgent and critical issues.nSupport the presales team during tender and bidding phases by suggesting network components, validating technical specifications, reviewing BOQs and network architecture, and preparing detailed network designs (HLD/LLD).nnProject Execution u0026 CoordinationnnProvide L2/L3 escalation support to site engineers during implementation and ongoing support.nConduct site visits for surveys, commissioning, and handover activities.nTrain endusers and client engineers during project handover.nnQualifications:nnEducation: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics u0026 Telecommunication Engineering, or a closely related field.nExperience:nn5+ years of progressive experience in network and IT systems engineering roles.nAt least 2 years of experience at an L3 level, demonstrating proficiency in complex troubleshooting, design, and architecture.nnnCertifications (Highly Preferred):nnNetworking: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS.nServer/OS: Microsoft MCSA/Mcse, Red Hat .
