We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to begin a career in sales. Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Explain product features and benefits, addressing any queries to guide customer decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a team and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior internship experience in sales or marketing (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools.
- Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
