Role & responsibilities
Candidate is required to look after team of 10 to 12 people working remotely in various cities. You will be following them from Bangalore through virtual meetingsNeed to guide them about their work daily and must help them to reach sales target. Should check their number of sites visits, leads follow up ,conversion of leads and daily report. Should be sincere and have keen interest to work with Team.This may require travelling for few days in a month to monitor teams work.
Preferred candidate profile
BBA/MBA in marketing with 5 to 8 years of experience. Should have good communication and interpersonal skill. Ability to work well individually and with team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
