Job Responsibilities

- Oversee legal operations in real estate, banking, and investment sectors.
- Conduct due diligence and title verification for property deals.
- Draft and negotiate land acquisition, financing, and sale documents.
- Manage project registration under RERA and ensure legal compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advocates to resolve legal issues.
- Approve marketing materials and handle customer complaints.
- Collaborate with banks for mortgage registration and security creation.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Skills Required

- Enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council.
- 10+ years of experience in real estate law, RERA, and property regulations.




- Strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of stamp duty, registration laws, and real estate transactions.
- Familiarity with local authority processes in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Goa.
