- Experience: 2 to 4 years
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Project execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
2. Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different project management techniques.
3. Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.
4. Maintain day to day record of work progress at the site and maintain all documents as required.
5. Checking of Reinforcement, Shuttering, Column centering markings, and Quality of concrete.
6. Knowledge of reinforcement steel, preparation of Bar Bending Schedule as per IS Codes
7. Knowledge of other Codes related reinforcement and civil execution
Coordinate with Foremens and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work.
