Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder to generate business opportunities through online platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

● Identify new business opportunities and submit high-quality proposals.

● Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements.

● Prepare quotations, project estimations, and customized proposals.

● Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.

● Coordinate with the technical and creative teams to ensure accurate project delivery.

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

● Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements





● Minimum 6 months of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.

● Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer,Fiverr, truelancer, or similar platforms.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.

● Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, and Graphic Design.

● Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

● Graduate and undergraduate. Preferred Skills

● Experience handling international clients.

● Solid understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.

● Ability to build long-term business relationships.

● Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.

Location: NX One, Greater Noida

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
