We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying talent, attracting candidates, and evaluating their qualifications to fill open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews with department heads.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
Support on-boarding activities.
Collaborate with the HR team on various HR initiatives.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
