Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiters to join our team. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and joining process.
- Post job openings on different hiring platforms.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.

Preferred Skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team workplace.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with recruitment experience will be preferred.
