- Co-ordinate with maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance and maximum uptime
- Cycle-time optimization through programming
- Experience in QMS and quality tools
- Insert and tool cost reduction
- Knowledge of instruments, gauges, and calibration
- Maintain safety of man and machine
- Prior experience with handling number of CNC lathes, VMCs, or HMCs
- Production Planning and load balancing to ensure no shortages
- Strong man-power handling to increase productivity
- Time-study and work-study projects to increase productivity and OEE
