About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will work closely with the Product Manager, acting as their right hand, while also owning product initiatives from concept to launch. This role is perfect for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and confident, with the ability to take complete end-to-end ownership of their products without constant supervision.

You will be involved in shaping product strategy, managing roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery — all while keeping the customer experience at the heart of decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Product Manager in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Take full ownership of assigned product areas — from ideation, research, and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis.

- Drive product initiatives by collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

- Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.

- Monitor product performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.





- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities.

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely product releases.

- Proactively identify risks and roadblocks and take steps to resolve them independently.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of product management or closely related experience (internship experience not counted).

- Solid ownership mindset with proven ability to self-start and drive projects without constant guidance.

- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Understanding of product development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred).

- Technical background or familiarity with software development concepts is a plus.
