Key Responsibilities-

- Conduct quality inspections of Raw Materials, Inspection of Goods at Supplier Sites, In Process production, and finished goods.
- Ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify quality issues & recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor Quality Records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Co-ordinate with production and purchase departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Handle customer complaints related to quality and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.




- 2-5 years of experience in QC within Builder Hardware/Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges etc)
- Understanding of finishing processes such as Polishing, Plating, Lacquering and Powder Coating is preferred, Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good Communication and reporting skills.
