Role: Fitness Enhancer

We are looking for passionate individuals with a background in physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) who want to expand into the field of applied fitness and performance enhancement. This is not a typical clinic-based role — instead, you will get the opportunity to work in schools, sports academies and performance centers, bridging physiotherapy knowledge with advanced fitness protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional fitness assessments and design safe, progressive training programs.

- Work closely with athletes, school children and general population groups to enhance fitness and prevent injuries.

- Collaborate with psychologists and brain trainers for holistic performance enhancement.





- Maintain session logs and progress reports for individuals and teams.

- Adapt training for diverse environments (school setups, academies, foundations and stadium facilities).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).

- Strong interest in performance enhancement, applied fitness and preventive rehabilitation.

- Ability to work in structured as well as dynamic project-based environments.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
