As an ELTM, you will undergo comprehensive training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and play a crucial role in developing 3D models and related documentation for various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modeling:
- Learn and apply BIM principles to create accurate 3D models of buildings and structures.
- Collaborate with senior modelers and project teams to understand project requirements.
- Software Proficiency:
- Gain proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to develop and modify models.
- Utilize other relevant software tools for project-specific needs.
- Documentation:
- Generate and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of 3D models and related documentation.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with the project team.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM processes into project workflows.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on model development.
- Training and Development:

Qualifications:
