About the Role

Karanji Infotech is looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing learner-centric digital learning solutions, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developing engaging eLearning content using modern authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze learning requirements, learner profiles, and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize content.
- Design instructional strategies aligned with adult learning principles.
- Create storyboards, scripts, learning journeys, and interactive learning experiences.
- Develop Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), SOPs, instructional videos, and other performance support materials.
- Design and develop eLearning courses using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Ensure content quality through structured review, testing, and validation cycles.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 10–12 years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design.
- Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE, and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience creating storyboards, scripts, and interactive eLearning content.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with:

- Articulate Storyline 360
- Articulate Rise 360
- Vyond
- Camtasia
- Synthesia
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred

- Experience developing technical learning content and performance support materials.
- Exposure to LMS/SCORM-compliant eLearning development.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer Goods projects is an added advantage.
