Skills & Knowledge

- Robust knowledge of graphic design principles (layout, color theory and typography)

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

- Hands-on experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut

- Ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

- Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling

- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats

- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality creatives

- Basic knowledge of branding and maintaining visual consistency

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and improve

Duties & Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns

- Create visually appealing posts, banners, and promotional creatives

- Edit and produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

- Add transitions, effects, text overlays, and music to enhance video quality

- Use tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop for graphic designing

- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut





- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements

- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in all creatives

- Stay updated with latest design and social media trends

- Assist in conceptualizing new content ideas for social media campaigns

- Optimize creatives for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

- Manage multiple design and editing tasks within deadlines

- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure high-quality output

Salary & Offers

Your consolidated salary will be ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum (Cost to Company)
