Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Cafe & Counter Service Executives to join our café and ice cream retail outlets. The role involves serving customers, preparing and serving coffee, beverages, ice creams, desserts, and snacks, handling billing, maintaining outlet cleanliness, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Candidates with experience in cafés, coffee shops, ice cream parlours, bakeries, QSRs, restaurants, or retail food outlets are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, ice creams, desserts, and snacks as per company standards.
- Handle billing and POS operations.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness,



food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock handling and daily outlet operations.
- Follow company SOPs and service standards.

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree.
- Candidates with Hotel Management, Hospitality, Catering, or relevant café/QSR/retail food service experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and customer service skills are also welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
