Key Responsibilities:

- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, and GST Returns.
- Finalization of accounts and financial statements as per applicable standards.
- Preparation of the month-end closing workings and MIS reports
- Preparation of payroll and co-ordinate with consultant for PF, ESIC, PT compliances.
- Team management and training of junior staff/articles.
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Semi Qualified CA / B.com
- 3 years of accounting and taxation experience
- Good knowledge of accounting standards, income tax, GST, and company law.
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- accounting and taxation: 3 years (Preferred)
