We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects related to communication systems (like intercoms, IP phones, public address systems) and security installations (like CCTV, biometric systems, access control, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day execution, coordinating with clients and technicians, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress from start to finish.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Supervise field technicians and installers during execution.

Track project milestones, budgets, and material requirements.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are followed.





Resolve in office issues and delays promptly and professionally.

Prepare project documentation, including reports, BOQs, and handover documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields (preferred).

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in handling projects related to communication or security systems.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of devices such as CCTV, intercoms, networking, and access control.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and documentation.

Possession of a two-wheeler for site visits

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
