Research Associate

About the Role

Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Research Associate to join our Research & Development team. The role involves supporting engineering research projects through technical analysis, literature review, research documentation, and manuscript preparation. Candidates with solid technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and excellent English communication will have the opportunity to work on multidisciplinary research and innovation projects.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
- CGPA/GPA of 8.0 or above is mandatory.
- 0–2 years of experience in research, technical documentation, or engineering projects. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.
- Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
- Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in research documentation, academic projects, journal publications, thesis work, or technical paper writing will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct literature reviews and identify research gaps.
- Assist in preparing research proposals, technical reports, and manuscripts.
- Analyze technical data and contribute to engineering research projects.
- Support journal publication activities, including formatting, referencing,



and plagiarism checking.
- Prepare research documentation and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, research methodologies, and industry trends.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned research tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's technical knowledge, research aptitude, English communication, and overall performance during the interview process.
